Jacqueline completed her Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2013. She graduated from the University of Alberta's Juris Doctorate program in 2016 and completed her article with Akram Attia Law Group. She joined the Alberta Bar in 2017.

 

Jacqueline's practice is focused in criminal law, including defending individuals charged under the Criminal Code of Canada, as well as drug-related offences and regulatory offences.  While pursuing her law degree, Jacqueline volunteered for the Criminal Law Project for Student Legal Services, a non-profit organization that assists low-income individuals in the Edmonton area with their legal issues. As a supervisor, she oversaw the files of other law students, in addition to managing her own caseload.

 

Jacqueline is committed to helping her clients navigate the criminal justice system and achieve the best result possible.

 

Jacqueline was born in Beaumont, Alberta, and is fluent in French. During her spare time, she enjoys playing rugby and has served two terms on the Leduc Rugby executive board. She has also coached youth rugby for several years.
